Care & repairs
Maintenance and repairs for the home you already live in: checkups with photo reports, vapor barrier, floors, sealing, cleaning and more, performed by our own crew. Every job gets a written quote for your home.
Maintenance Checkup
Florida is hard on mobile homes: humidity, storms, settling soil. Our crew checks the points that fail most, photographs everything, and hands you a clear plan of what is fine, what to watch, and what needs attention now. You decide what to do with it, with zero pressure.
Vapor Barrier & Underbelly
The black wrap under your home is what keeps Florida's moisture out of your floors, insulation and ducts. When it tears, humidity moves in and soft floors, mold and sagging insulation follow. We repair sections or replace the entire underbelly with equivalent or better material.
Floor & Subfloor Repair
That spongy spot near the bathroom or the front door is the most common problem in Florida mobile homes. We cut out the rotted subfloor, fix the moisture source that caused it, and rebuild the floor properly, including new vinyl plank if you want the room finished like new.
Weather Sealing
Almost every expensive mobile home repair starts as water getting past an old seal. Once a year, we renew every exterior seal on the home: windows, doors, plumbing and A/C penetrations, siding joints and weatherstripping. It is the maintenance that prevents the repairs nobody wants to pay for.
Exterior Cleaning
Green and black mold on siding and roofs is a fact of life in Florida, and many parks cite homeowners for it. We clean mobile homes the way they need to be cleaned: soft washing that removes the growth without driving water behind the siding or wrecking an older roof.
Windows & Doors
Mobile home windows and doors are not standard house sizes, which is why general handymen turn the job down. We measure the exact opening, order units rated for your home's wind zone, and install them sealed the way the Florida climate demands.
Trinity Care Plan
A simple monthly membership of scheduled maintenance. Two full checkups a year with photo reports, your filters and small consumables handled on every visit, minor resealing included, priority scheduling when storms come, and member pricing on any repair. Cancel anytime.
One-stop site services
Everything your land needs around the home, planned as one project. Licensed contractors perform the licensed trades; Trinity coordinates it all on one schedule.
Utility Hookups
A home isn't livable until it's connected. Trinity coordinates your power pole, panel connection, water line, and sewer or septic tie-in as part of your move, performed by licensed electricians and plumbers we work with regularly, sequenced so everything is ready before move-in day.
Skirting
Skirting is the finish line of a proper setup: it protects your plumbing, keeps animals out, and most counties require it before final approval. Trinity installs vinyl skirting as part of your setup or as a standalone job, with the county affidavit handled.
Concrete Pads & Site Prep
The most common cause of move-day delays is a site that isn't ready. Trinity coordinates grading, fill, compaction, and concrete runners or pads with crews we work with regularly, planned around your home's exact footprint and the toter's access path, so delivery day goes smoothly.
Well Coordination
Rural land without city water needs a well, and where that well goes determines where your septic and your home can go. Trinity coordinates well drilling by licensed Florida well contractors, planned together with your home placement and septic so the whole site works.
Stairs & Decks
Your county won't approve the home without safe entry steps, and a good deck turns a setup into a finished home. Trinity coordinates stairs, landings, and decks built to code, scheduled as the finishing step of your setup.
Land Clearing
Raw land becomes a home site in one coordinated pass: trees, brush, and stumps cleared exactly where your home, septic, well, and driveway will go, and nowhere you'll regret. Trinity coordinates clearing crews as the first step of your site plan.
HVAC Connection
Florida heat doesn't wait. Trinity coordinates your A/C disconnect-and-reconnect during a move, or a new unit install on a new set, performed by licensed HVAC contractors and sequenced so the air is running when you move in.
Turnkey Package
Land clearing, site prep, septic, well, permits, transport, setup, utilities, skirting, steps, one project, one schedule, one contact. The Trinity turnkey package takes you from raw land and a purchased home to move-in day without you chasing a single contractor.
