- Is this insurance or a warranty?
- No. It is scheduled maintenance performed by our own crew, plus member pricing. It does not replace your homeowner's policy. What it does is catch problems while they are small and cheap, which is exactly what insurance never does for you.
- Am I locked into a contract?
- No. It is month to month. Cancel whenever you want, effective the next billing month, no fees, no interrogation. We keep members by being useful.
- My home is older. Can I join?
- Yes. We start with a first checkup to document the home's condition, then the plan keeps it maintained. Older homes benefit the most from having eyes underneath twice a year.
- How much is it?
