- How do I know my seals are failing?
- Drafts around windows, higher power bills, water stains around frames after rain, or caulk that looks cracked and pulls away from the wall. If the home is more than a few years old and has never been resealed, it is due.
- Does this stop roof leaks?
- Sealing covers the home's exterior openings and edges. Active roof leaks and roof coating are licensed roofing work, and we coordinate that with a licensed roofing partner when your home needs it.
- Is once a year really necessary in Florida?
- Florida sun and rain break down sealants faster than almost anywhere. An annual reseal costs a fraction of one soft floor repair, and moisture is what causes those floors to fail.
