How our coordination model works

The hvac connection work itself is performed by independent, licensed contractors where Florida requires a license for the trade. What Trinity sells is the coordination: we plan this work together with your home placement and permits, sequence it with your transport and setup, and stay your single point of contact through the whole project. You see and approve every contractor's quote before work starts.

What the coordination covers

  • Disconnect before transport and reconnect at the new site by licensed HVAC contractors.
  • New condenser pad placement planned with your home set.
  • Crossover duct check on double-wides — the most common comfort complaint after a move.
  • New unit sizing quotes when your old unit isn't worth moving.
  • Sequenced with utility hookups so power is live when the HVAC contractor arrives.

Common questions

Can my old A/C unit make the move?
Often yes, if it's reasonably young and the refrigerant lines are handled properly at disconnect. If it's near end of life, we'll show you the reconnect quote next to a new-unit quote so you decide with real numbers.
Who does the HVAC work?
Independent licensed HVAC contractors we coordinate. Refrigerant work requires certification, so this is never a handyman job — you approve the contractor's quote before work starts.
Why does the crossover duct matter?
On double-wides, the crossover duct under the home joins the two halves' air systems. It's frequently damaged or left loose during moves done without coordination — and it's why one side of the home blows weak air.
