Trinity Services LLC respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you contact us through this website, how we use it, and who we share it with. If anything is unclear, call us and we will walk you through it.
1. What we collect
When you fill out our quote form, we collect your ZIP code and the size of your home (single-wide, double-wide, or triple-wide). If you continue on to the full quote tool, we also collect your name, phone number, email, and the addresses where the home is now and where it is going.
We do not collect any other personal information from your visit. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone.
2. How we use your information
We use your contact information for one reason: to give you a price for the work and follow up on your job. If you do not respond to our quote, we may send a single follow-up text or email within seven days. After that, we leave you alone.
We use your address information to plan the route, pull permits, and confirm pricing. Permit forms require us to share home and lot addresses with the Florida DHSMV and the relevant county.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only when we have to: with the Florida DHSMV and county permitting offices for permits, with our insurance carrier when proof of coverage is required for a job, and with the licensed sub-contractors who help us on a specific job.
We use Supabase to store leads and Google to host email. Both are mainstream services with their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with marketing networks or advertisers.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or analytics that track you across other websites. We may load standard browser caching to make pages faster.
5. How long we keep it
We keep partial quote information for up to 12 months in case you come back. We keep job records (invoices, permits, signed contracts) for 7 years to satisfy Florida tax and DHSMV requirements.
If you want your data deleted before then, just ask. Email or call us and we will confirm deletion within 14 days.
6. Children
Our services are for adults arranging mobile home transport or installation. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect how we use existing customer data will also trigger an email to active customers.
