- Level of the home, measured at multiple points of the frame.
- Anchors and straps: tension, corrosion, missing or loose tie-downs.
- Vapor barrier under the home: tears, fallen sections, moisture, pest entry.
- Skirting, exterior seals around windows, doors and penetrations.
- Visible roof condition, gutters, steps and handrails.
How the visit works

How pricing works

Common questions
- Is this a home inspection for insurance?
- No. This is a maintenance checkup for you, the owner, so you know the real condition of your home. Insurance certifications like 4-point or wind mitigation reports must come from a licensed inspector, and we can point you to one if that is what you need.
- How often should I do it?
- Twice a year is the sweet spot in Florida: once before hurricane season and once after. Members of our Care Plan get both visits as part of the plan.
- What happens if you find a problem?
- The report shows it with photos and we give you a written quote for the repair. You choose what to do. Many findings are small and cheap to fix when caught early; that is the whole point of the checkup.
