Yes. Many insurers ask for the age and condition of the roof on older mobile homes. We document the roof with photos, and if it needs work, our roofing partner fixes it and gives you the paperwork from the job.

Will you fix the water damage inside too?

Yes. Once the roof is sealed, our own crew repairs soft floors and damaged ceilings caused by the leak. Fixing the inside before the roof is fixed just means doing it twice.
