Water, power & sewer hookups for your mobile home site
A home isn't livable until it's connected. Trinity coordinates your power pole, panel connection, water line, and sewer or septic tie-in as part of your move — performed by licensed electricians and plumbers we work with regularly, sequenced so everything is ready before move-in day.
How our coordination model works
The utility hookups work itself is performed by independent, licensed contractors where Florida requires a license for the trade. What Trinity sells is the coordination: we plan this work together with your home placement and permits, sequence it with your transport and setup, and stay your single point of contact through the whole project. You see and approve every contractor's quote before work starts.
What the coordination covers
- Power pole placement and electrical panel connection by licensed electricians.
- Water line from well or meter to your home's inlet.
- Sewer tap or septic tie-in, planned with your home placement.
- Inspection scheduling with the county so utilities pass on the first visit.
- All trades sequenced with transport and setup — one schedule, one contact.
Common questions
- Does Trinity do the electrical work itself?
- No. Electrical and plumbing connections are performed by independent licensed contractors. Trinity coordinates the planning, scheduling, and paperwork so the hookups happen in the right order alongside your move.
- How much do hookups cost?
- It varies with distance to the power source, soil, and county requirements. You see each contractor's quote and approve it before any work starts — no bundled surprises.
- Can you connect a home that sat empty for years?
- Usually yes, but the county may require updated inspections or a new pole. We evaluate the site first and tell you exactly what the county will ask for.
