Most full-service mobile home moves run $5,000 to $15,000. Here are the common ways our customers pay for theirs. Trinity does not lend, but we work with you on whatever financing path you choose.

Common ways customers pay

Cash or check

Roughly half our customers pay outright. Half on contract signing as a deposit, half on completion after inspection passes.

Personal loan or HELOC

If you own the destination land, a HELOC or home equity loan often gets you the lowest rate. Local credit unions in Florida tend to beat banks on rates.

Manufactured home loans

Lenders like 21st Mortgage, Triad Financial Services, and Cascade Loans specialize in MH financing. They lend on transport and setup as part of a refinance or purchase.

Credit card (smaller jobs)

For smaller transport-only jobs under $5,000, a 0% intro-APR credit card can work. We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover.

Insurance claim payout

If your home was damaged in a storm and your insurance is paying for the move or retrofit, we work directly with the adjuster and bill the insurer.

Estate or probate funds

For estate sales or moves out of a deceased relative's home, we coordinate with the executor and the title company. Payment from the estate proceeds at closing is common.

What you typically need to qualify

These are general guidelines. Specifics depend on the lender and your situation. We can refer you to a lender we have worked with before if you want.

  • FICO score 600+ for most MH lenders (700+ for best rates)
  • Proof of income or pension
  • Title to the home (or pending purchase)
  • Quote from us with line items (we provide)
  • Proof of insurance for the destination lot or park
