- Will pressure washing damage my siding or roof?
- High pressure can. That is why we soft wash: low pressure plus the right cleaning solution removes mold and algae safely. And we never walk on older mobile home roofs; roof cleaning happens from the edges.
- How often should the exterior be cleaned in Florida?
- Once or twice a year keeps mold from establishing and keeps the park happy. Members of our Care Plan can schedule it as one of their regular visits.
