Land clearing for your mobile home site
Raw land becomes a home site in one coordinated pass: trees, brush, and stumps cleared exactly where your home, septic, well, and driveway will go — and nowhere you'll regret. Trinity coordinates clearing crews as the first step of your site plan.
How our coordination model works
The land clearing work itself is performed by independent, licensed contractors where Florida requires a license for the trade. What Trinity sells is the coordination: we plan this work together with your home placement and permits, sequence it with your transport and setup, and stay your single point of contact through the whole project. You see and approve every contractor's quote before work starts.
What the coordination covers
- Clearing scoped to your site plan — home footprint, septic, well, and access path.
- Tree and stump removal with haul-off or on-site mulching.
- County rules checked first: some counties limit clearing in wetlands or protected areas.
- Driveway path cleared and roughed in for the toter's delivery route.
- Sequenced before grading and pad work so the site is ready in order.
Common questions
- Do I need a permit to clear my own land?
- Depends on the county and the lot — wetlands, protected trees, and acreage thresholds can all trigger requirements. We check your parcel first so you don't clear into a violation.
- How much does clearing cost?
- Density drives the price: a lightly wooded half-acre pad area is very different from heavy oaks with stumps. After seeing the lot we get you crew quotes you approve first.
- Why clear through Trinity instead of hiring a crew directly?
- Because clearing the wrong spots is expensive. We scope the clearing to the actual site plan — where the home, septic, and well will go — so you pay to clear what the project needs.
